I'm Shandrica, the proud lead stylist and owner of Cultivate. It's an absolute pleasure to have you here!
As a lifelong resident of Maple Valley, I've been honored to serve this community as a hair stylist since 2008. I am truly blessed to have found a profession that brings me such immense joy and fulfillment day in and day out.
In addition to being a passionate stylist, I wear many other hats – I'm a devoted mother, a loving wife, and a dedicated mentor to aspiring hair artists. My loyal clientele has been with me for years, and I'm humbled by the trust they've placed in me. While my schedule is full, I always strive to make room for new guests, as I cherish the opportunity to connect with and uplift even more individuals through the transformative power of hair.
At the heart of my craft lies a deep connection with my clients. I take great pride in truly understanding each person's unique needs and aspirations, and then translating that into hairstyles that boost their confidence and help them feel their absolute best. However, if I had to name a close second passion, it would be my love for hair extensions. There's nothing quite like the magic of adding length, volume, and dimension to someone's hair, unlocking their dream hair in the process.

Hi! I’m Leah!
I was born at Langley Airforce Base in Virginia and come from a family of 8! As a military family we moved around a lot but landed in Puyallup WA. Growing up, when I wasn’t playing soccer, I enjoyed drawing and painting. When I’m not behind the chair I enjoy spending time with family and friends or going out to new restaurants and catching a concert or comedy show!
I’ve been a hair stylist for 4 years and it’s all about connection for me. It’s important that my clients feel valued, heard and understood when they’re in my chair. Blonding and extensions are my favorite service to offer but I also am down for anything as long as my clients leave feeling beautiful!
Hi! I’m Stephanie!
Born overseas in the Philippines and then migrating all over the west coast as a military kid, I am a lover of all things nature related. Living in Washington most of my life and currently residing in Puyallup, Wa. My fiancé and I are always down for an adventure with our two pups, Beta and Runa. When I’m not behind the chair, you can catch me hiking, painting or binging that latest Netflix show.
As a stylist of now 16 years I have a constant yearning for education not just for myself but for my clients as well. I truly strive to be honest with everyone who sits in my chair, giving them realistic expectations and also letting them leave feeling their absolute best self, unique to them. I love doing all but enjoy dimensional brunettes, mens cuts and creating custom colors fit for my clients.
Hi! I’m Alexia!
I grew up in Arizona and recently made my way back to North Bend, Washington. As the oldest of six kids, family has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, you could usually find me down by the barn riding my horse and spending weekends barrel racing. When I’m not at the salon, I love spending time with my family, trying out new coffee stands, or getting outside for a hike with my dog.
I recently graduated from cosmetology school and have had the privilege of learning alongside the amazing stylists at Cultivate. I love the relationships built behind the chair and the constant growth this career offers. My favorite services are blonding and styling, but above all, my goal is to help clients feel beautiful and supported every time they sit in my chair!
Hi, I'm Justice!
I was born and raised on the east side of the mountains in the small town of Granger. Coming from a big family, connection and community have always been at the heart of who I am—and that same sense of care carries into everything I do. When I’m not behind the chair, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, cooking, chasing random side quests, or trying out a new restaurant (I’m a total foodie).
My passion for cosmetology started at a young age—from experimenting with my own hair as a little girl, to watching makeup tutorials as a teen, and eventually realizing it was time to follow my heart and turn that passion into a career. What began as curiosity has grown into a true love for helping others feel confident, seen, and beautiful.
When you sit in my chair, my goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and completely yourself. Whether you’re coming in for a big change or just a little refresh, I’d love for my chair to be a place where you can relax, laugh, and leave feeling your absolute best. I can’t wait to meet you and be a part of your hair journey 🤍
Hi, I'm Ariana!
A little about me, I was born and raised in federal way, Washington! I was raised in a Slavic household, and speak Ukrainian, and Russian! When I’m not behind the chair I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, trying new food places, traveling and serving in my church. I graduated from the summit salon academy in May 2024. Since graduating, I have been mentored by Shandrica and started growing my clientele at Cultivate. I am passionate about low maintenance blondes and brunettes but am always excited to take on something new! I would love to see you in my chair soon!
