WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Cultivate is by appointment only. We cannot guarantee availability to guests without reservations. To schedule an appointment, please BOOK HERE.
Cultivate requires a card on file for all reservations. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any late cancel or no show appointments. We also reserve the right to charge the credit card on file at the time of services provided if no other form of payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, we're often unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, we require 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled services. A missed appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled services.

Children & Guests

Children are welcome to enjoy services at Cultivate. Children and guests without appointments are not permitted in the salon as we do not have adequate space to accommodate them.

Late Arrivals

We want you to fully enjoy your time with us, so please arrive promptly for your service. Experiences at Cultivate are designed to deliver the most benefit within the time allotted. As a courtesy to our other guests, we're unable to extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. While we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than fifteen minutes late, your service may have to be rescheduled and our cancellation fee will apply.

Product Refunds & Exchanges

For the safety of our customers, only sealed, unopened, unused products will be eligible for refund within 10 days of purchase when accompanied with a receipt. These items, once opened, are considered contaminated and cannot be resold or used in our services in the salon. If you'd like to test a product prior to committing to a purchase, please ask and we'll be happy to demonstrate its use, answer any questions you have, and provide you with a sample.

Refund / Redo Policy

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your service we are thankful for the opportunity to address those concerns within 7 days of your initial appointment. Cultivate has a no refund policy on all services.
